STFB Inc. sells Integral Accounting Enterprise all over the world in fifteen different languages. We needed a way to provide payroll to as many of our customers as possible, in a most cost effective way as possible. So, we looked at payroll procedures from around the world, and have built a simple payroll framework that our developer and consultant customers can use as a basis for building a custom payroll program within the Integral Accounting Enterprise program. The goal is to allow developers and consultants to build a system easily that will allow processing payroll anywhere in the world with their custom modifications.

The Integral Accounting Enterprise Payroll Framework includes four levels of tax tables (Country, State / Providences, County, City) and allows you to enter information into these tables for your area, and you can customize these tables is need be. The system also has a separate table called payroll items for the storage of common payroll items that adjust payroll tax amounts. You receive complete source code for the payroll framework, including all screens, web services, tables, and all of the business logic.

All of the payroll business logic is implemented in easy to understand and modify SQL Server stored procedures. The stored procedure code is clean and heavily commented so that you can easily implement whatever rules you need for your locality or make any modifications necessary for it to meet your payroll needs
